D 002.077.01 - the Dissertation Council for defending Candidate and Doctorate theses was established at RAS IITP by the Order of the Federal Supervision Service for education and science of the Russian Ministry of education and science № 766-301 dated April 9, 2010.

The Dissertation Council can accept Candidate and Doctorate theses in the following specialized areas:

• 05.13.01 System Analysis, Information Management and Processing (industry) - on engineering sciences;
• 05.13.17 Theoretical Foundations of Informatics on engineering sciences;
• 05.13.17 Theoretical Foundations of Informatics on physical and mathematical sciences.
