National Science Support Foundation is a charity organization which was established in October 2000 by General Committee of the Russian Academy of Sciences in conjunction with “Sibneft” (renamed “Gazprom Neft”) and “RUSAL”. The board of trustees of National Science Support Foundation selects laureates of programs “Eminent scholars. RAS Candidates and Doctors of Sciences” and “RAS Best Postgraduates”.
