Information Technologies and Systems (ITaS) conference is organized by the Counsil of Young Scientists and Engineers of Institute for Information Transmission Problems of the Russian Academy of Science (Kharkevich Institute). The main purpose of ITaS is to bring young researchers together and provide a forum for exchanging research experience and discussing a wide range of topics in the field of information technologies.
