Non-equilibrium states for a time dependent Hamiltonian

We consider an open quantum system with repeated interactions and Kossakowski-Lindblad dissipation. 
1. For randomly switching interactions the Hamiltonian dynamics does not produce stationary states. 
2. For the open system the stationary states are non-equilibrium and non-quasi-free.
